Every ZAKARYA piece is hand-framed to order. Current pre-orders are made and dispatched in approximately 4–6 weeks from your order date — the live estimate is always shown on the product page and at checkout. You’ll get a tracking email the moment yours ships. If anything would delay that window, we’ll email you and offer to wait or get a full refund.

Every garment is measured flat on our Size Guide — men’s (S–3XL), women’s cropped (XS–3XL), and bedding (Throw / Queen / King). The fit is a relaxed vintage cut; lay a sweater you love flat and compare. Between sizes? Size down for a cleaner fit, stay true for the full drape. Still unsure, message us below with your measurements and we’ll advise.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on eligible items — unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging. We send a prepaid return label ($12 deducted from the refund; exchanges and our errors are free). Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are final sale (disclosed at checkout), except where an item is faulty or not as described. Full details on the Returns page.

Yes — we ship to the United States and most international destinations, fully insured and tracked. US shipping is free; international is calculated at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes set by the destination country, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

These are dense, hand-framed multicolor knits. Hand-wash cold or dry clean, reshape and dry flat, and store folded (never hung). Avoid wringing. The throw and bedding are finished the same way — see the care card in the box.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Checkout is encrypted end to end.
